Pine Grove is a place where ordinary people feel at home. Whether you've been a Christian your whole life or you're just curious about faith, you're welcome here — exactly as you are.

What to expect

A typical Sunday morning

Arrival

Plan to arrive a few minutes early. A greeter will welcome you, help you find a seat, and answer any questions. No need to sign in or check in — just come.

Worship

We sing together — hymns and contemporary songs. Nothing fancy, just genuine congregational worship. You're welcome to participate as much or as little as you like.

The Message

Our pastor teaches verse by verse through books of the Bible. Expect a clear, practical 40–45 minute sermon grounded in Scripture. We encourage bringing your own Bible.

Kids & Nursery

Nursery care is available for infants and toddlers during the service. Children's Sunday School runs 9:15–10:15 AM before the main service. Kids are also welcome in the sanctuary.

First-timer FAQ

What should I wear?

Come however you're comfortable. You'll see people in everything from jeans and t-shirts to their Sunday best. We don't have a dress code — we're much more interested in you than in what you're wearing.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! A Bible is helpful for following along with the sermon, but we'll have the passages on screen as well. There's no need to bring money — while we do take an offering, guests are never expected to give.

What is the service like?

Our Sunday morning service is about 90 minutes long. It includes congregational singing (hymns and worship songs), prayer, announcements, and a 40–45 minute Biblical sermon. It's a warm, participatory service — not a performance.

What happens with my kids during the service?

Children are completely welcome to stay in the service with you. We also offer nursery care for infants and toddlers, and Sunday School classes run from 9:15–10:15 AM before the main service for all ages.

Will I be put on the spot or asked to stand up?

Absolutely not. Guests are never singled out or asked to identify themselves publicly. We want you to feel comfortable observing and experiencing the service without any pressure whatsoever.

I'm not sure I believe in God. Am I welcome?

Yes. We welcome questions, doubts, and skepticism. Pine Grove is a place for honest seekers, not just the already-convinced. Come, listen, and see for yourself — there's no entry exam required.
